WHO WE ARE

I am the property manager here at NorthPoint. I am originally from California and moved to Rexburg Idaho many years ago.  I am married to Steve Winegar and have 3 children.  I have six grandchildren.  I love shopping and going out and eating great food.  I love to travel out of the country and experience different cultures. I love the gospel and am grateful that I was able to raise my family in such an amazing area.  I love to serve my community and am always up for a challenge. I have a special place in my heart for young college students.  I love to watch their successes.

I am the Office Manager here at NorthPoint and I love my job! I have been here for 4 years now. My favorite part about my job is getting to know our residents. I have lived in Rexburg, ID for most of my life. I have 3 kids and have been married for over 17 years. I love photography, spending time outdoors, the gospel, helping others/community service, and reading a good book. I want our NorthPoint residents to love their home away from home, so stop by and say hi! We have a great team!

I'm the Men's Leasing Manager and On-Site Manager. I'm from Colorado Springs, CO. I served my mission in Scottsdale, AZ. I got married in March 2020 to my wonderful husband and we own a German-Shepard named 'Pogi' who is our whole world. I have been working for NorthPoint now for over 2 years, and I'm so excited to continue to help our amazing residents have wonderful experiences here with us! Stop by my office anytime!

Hi! I am the Women's Leasing Manager and On-Site Manager. I grew up in Austin, Texas so I love live country music, Tex-Mex food, and hot humid weather. I served a mission in southern coastal Georgia and met my husband, Noah here at BYUI. I am so grateful to get to be part of the team here at NorthPoint, and my door is always open to help everyone have a great experience each semester!

Hi! I'm an assistant manager here at NorthPoint. I grew up in Southern California and came to BYU-I in 2021! I met my husband Evan here and we got married in 2022. We're both still in school and love life here in Rexburg. I have worked at NorthPoint for 2 years. I love getting to know all of the residents and helping in any way that I can!
